Coutscroft Morgan Horse Farm
is located in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando, Florida, just 2.5 miles north of Disney. With horses next door and across the street, we are part of a quiet neighborhood that has that calm country feel to it, and yet is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
We offer horseback riding lessons for children, youth & adults, beginning or experienced. You will not only learn the basics of riding, grooming, tacking up & caring for our equine friends, but how to think like and communicate with them in a natural way, learning principles that can be applied in any situation, with any horse. We use natural horsemanship techniques and methods to create a bond between horse and rider that will create a lifetime of memories.
Our Philosophy
Each of us can learn to understand how horses think & communicate, and why they do what they do. As we put into practice what we know about Equine Psychology, and develop our horsemanship skills, we will be able to feel, interpret & influence a horse's movements. We will gain self-confidence as well as overcome fears & inhibitions because we have learned principles & techniques that can be adapted to solve any problem, rather than a set of rules to follow.
